No cd patch for jedi outcast

Running as administrator guarantees it'll work, but that disables the overlay so I'd prefer another solution. I'm thinking the issue might be related to Remote Play Together, or at least the notice about it that pops up on starting God knows why this game supports it , since that was the only thing out of the ordinary I noticed once it started giving me trouble.
